Don helps executives and leadership teams build organizations that perform under pressure. Drawing on more than 30 years of executive leadership across the United States Marine Corps, defense manufacturing, and consulting, he helps clients strengthen leadership capability, build resilient cultures, and turn strategy into disciplined execution. He brings a commander’s clarity, an operator’s discipline, and a coach’s commitment to helping leaders grow.

Before joining Silverstone Leadership, Don served as Director of Operations for PRL Industries, where he led enterprise manufacturing, program management, and operational strategy in support of mission-critical U.S. Navy and nuclear programs. He previously retired as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps after 30 years of service, leading organizations from the tactical to the enterprise level.

His senior assignments included commanding 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines during combat operations in Afghanistan; serving with U.S. Special Operations Command Europe on joint and allied combat deployments; serving as Director of Operations for U.S. Marine Forces Central Command; serving as Chief of Staff for Headquarters Marine Corps Plans, Policies and Operations, where he helped synchronize global operations for more than 214,000 Marines; and commanding Marine Barracks Washington, whose Marines support the President of the United States and represent the Marine Corps at many of the nation’s most significant ceremonial events.

Don holds master’s degrees from the U.S. Army War College and the U.S. Naval War College, where he received the James V. Forrestal Award for Excellence in Strategy and Force Planning. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Xavier University.
